How long will my shutters take to arrive?
Lead times vary depending on the range selected, typically between 4 to 13 weeks.
Can I get an estimate before my consultation?
Yes, we can provide an approximate quotation in advance. Please note, the final price will be confirmed after a full site survey.
Do I need to be present for the survey?
Yes, we kindly ask that you are present. Our shutter specialists not only take measurements but also guide you through the design consultation—showing you material options, slat sizes, colours, and hinge styles. This also allows us to discuss any unique requirements for your windows. If you cannot attend your initial appointment, we’ll be happy to reschedule.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Once your deposit is paid, you’ll have a 24-hour cooling-off period to make minor changes (such as colour or hinge type). After this period, your shutters move into production and no further changes can be made.
Do you offer shutters for special shapes or tracks?
Absolutely. Our specialists are experienced in designing shutters for all shapes and sizes, including tracked shutters. Please note there is a £300 surcharge for special-shaped shutters.
How Do I Measure For Window Shutters?
All shutters are covered by our 10-year guarantee from the date of installation (conditions apply).
